After 26 weeks of verified play with no qualifying wins, submit your Assurance Claim from the portal.

Our team reviews the timeline within 14 business days. Approved claims are refunded to the original method.

Won with our picks? Upload your winning ticket and a short testimonial. After our team verifies it, we publish your story and mail you a complimentary Lottoterminal-branded ticket for your next draw — straight to your door.

The fine print.
The Assurance Pledge is a goodwill program offered by Lottoterminal.ca. It is not insurance, not a guarantee of winnings, and not a regulated financial product. Lotteries are games of chance and no system can predict winning numbers.
To qualify, you must (a) hold an active Pro subscription for the full 6-month period, (b) upload at least one dated losing ticket per calendar week within that period, and (c) have no recorded win of any tier across uploaded tickets. Refunds are issued at Lottoterminal's reasonable discretion based on the submitted proof. Claims must be filed within 30 days of the qualifying period ending.
