Self-Exclusion

Sometimes the smartest move is to step away. Self-exclusion is a free, confidential tool that blocks your access for a period you choose.

Self-exclude from lottoterminal.ca

You can disable your account and block sign-ins for 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During the exclusion period:

  • You cannot sign in, generate picks, or receive any alerts from us.
  • Your saved picks and history are preserved but inaccessible.
  • We will not send marketing emails of any kind.

Request self-exclusion by emailing support@lottoterminal.ca with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request", or from your account settings. Requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed before the period ends.

Self-exclude from provincial operators

To stop playing entirely — including at retailers, online lottery sites, and casinos — enroll in your provincial program. These programs are legally binding and cover all venues operated by that lottery corporation.

What happens to my Pro subscription?

We automatically cancel any active Pro subscription when self-exclusion begins. You will not be charged again. If you've paid for time you can't use, email us — we'll prorate a refund.

Talk to someone

Self-exclusion works best alongside support. Call your provincial helpline — they're free, confidential, and available 24/7. The full list is on our Responsible Gaming page.
