lottoterminal.ca provides tools and content for entertainment and educational purposes only. Nothing on this site guarantees lottery winnings. Past performance, statistics, numerology, and astrology do not predict future lottery results. Lotteries are games of chance.

You must be of legal lottery age in your province — 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba, Quebec, and Ontario; 19+ in BC, Saskatchewan, Atlantic Canada, and the territories — and legally able to enter binding contracts. By using the service you confirm you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

• Pro plans renew automatically at the price displayed at checkout until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from your account page; cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current term.
• Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes.
• We may change pricing for future renewals with at least 30 days’ notice.

You agree not to: (a) scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the service, (b) use it for any illegal purpose, (c) attempt to bypass paywalls or rate limits, (d) interfere with other users or the platform.

All content, branding, code, and the cosmic engine are owned by lottoterminal.ca or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OLG, WCLC, Loto-Québec, BCLC, ALC, or any government lottery operator. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any pick will win. Lottery rules, draw dates, and prize structures are set solely by the operators.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, lottoterminal.ca will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost winnings. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from settings.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
